Thankful for: my CCR pandora channel bc it was what I needed to workout to today. My idiot dog not dying even though she ate a bag of powdered donuts. The fact that I'm actually getting in some form of a shape. I'm no where near where I need to be but that's just motivation to keep going. I've lost 30 lbs, plus or minus a few depending on what day it is, from my heaviest weight. This pic, if you excuse the mess of my room (unpacking, repacking, getting rid of clothes), shows that I'm not being a total slack ass. No, I don't have abs yet. But I also don't have that keg I was carrying around my waist. I'm getting there, slowly but surely. (don't call me Shirley)
