Well. Today is mammaws 77th birthday and she's basically the coolest person on the planet. And while I could write a whole post on that, today's post is BIG NEWS!

I've been house shopping which is awful, but I found a place I love. After two days of stressful negotiation, we came to an agreement! So begins the painful part of getting all the loan stuff and the house inspections and everything. But we hope to close by mid May.

This is terrifying and awesome. It's a good starter home where I'm ok if it's just me, but if I'm lucky enough to meet someone and start a family, there is plenty of room for that too.

Is this being an adult?

I looked at more houses today. The parentals came up. Remind me to never go house shopping with them bc someone will lose a limb.

This evening I went to a pole dance class. It's ridiculously fun and hard as hell to do. I have a newfound respect for strippers.

I haven't written anything in awhile, everything has just been in high speed lately. but, as most of you know, i am happier when i'm busy. i'm taking two dance/pilates classes and doing bootcamp one night a week, and it's a lot for me to handle, but i know it's good for me. i'll be glad when the weather starts to get nicer (for many many reasons, really) so i can get back outside and run with the poochie. i'll make a post of just pictures from things lately, bc they are on my phone. but a bunch of us stayed in my company condo at Snowshoe a few weeks back and went skiing and it was awesome. i would like to have more time to get out and do that, but it just seems like there's something every weekend. things are happening around here too, maybe. i dont want to really get into it yet in case things fall through and/or i change my mind. but it boils down to me finally being an adult about things. also i had a scare the other day where i either had an intense muscle spasm that caused me to black out (at best) or (at worst) a seizure. but not to worry, i'm going to the doctor this week, and nothing like it has happened since, so i'm banking on the muscle spasm. here is an adorable video of old people in love i really should write more, but i just feel like i have nothing to write. i got the employee award at our meeting yesterday (not the segway this time, just a football) and that was nice, to feel appreciated at work bc i'd had a particularly crummy week. at any rate. sorry i'm boring.
