to the nice people of Western Ave in the tan house, I apologize for what I did to your shrubbery. Clearly spicy chicken from Kenya cafe was a bad choice, though the sinus headache and the upsetting email convo today didn't help things. I hope it rains tonight. And I'm glad you weren't home to see it happen, as that would officially be the most embarrassing thing ever amen.

However, I did shave a minute off my mile time today. So it can't be all bad... Right? :-/
